对于那些已经产生耐药性和即将产生耐药性的患者而言,新一代的靶向药物显得非常重要。不过Loxo已经开发出第二代TRK融合基因突变抑制剂LOXO-195,用于治疗那些对LOXO-101产生耐药性的患者。
在ASCO上发布LOXO-101临床数据的同一天,Loxo在美国癌症研究协会旗下的著名期刊《Cancer Discovery》上刊登了LOXO-195的临床研究成果(3),2名对LOXO-101产生耐药性的患者对LOXO-195有反应。这对于Loxo而言,简直是双喜临门。
