On February 10th, CNCEC-TCC signed an EPC contract for supporting utilities with Shaanxi Yuneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. for the 1 million t/y High-End Chemical New Materials Project.

This project is a key initiative in Shaanxi Province, and a benchmark “industrial chain extension, supplementation and reinforcement” project in Yulin. After its completion, it will contribute to attracting upstream and downstream enterprises, improving the local chemical industrial ecosystem, forming the industrial cluster, and enhancing the regional industrial competitiveness.

2月10日，中国化学天辰公司与陕西榆能精细化工材料有限公司签署100万吨/年高端化学品新材料项目公辅EPC总承包合同。业主方执行董事、总经理毕亚军，总工程师任国瑜，副总经理马少军；联合体牵头方天辰公司党委书记、董事长焦在月，副总经理卞明、吉利，联合体成员方中化二建党委书记、董事长徐万明，副总经理冯军伦出席签约仪式。
