The Katy Rezvani Lab at MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team investigating the genetic mechanisms of CAR-NK cell therapies against cancers . This is an exciting opportunity to develop and apply advanced data analysis techniques to challenging and impactful research projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data analysis pipelines using R, Python or other relevant programming languages.

• Implement novel statistical methods to analyze large and complex datasets.

• Collaborate with experimental biologists to interpret results and translate findings into scientific publications.

• Contribute to the preparation of grant proposals and presentations.

• Maintain a well-organized and documented research environment.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a closely related field.

• Strong experience in data analysis with expertise in R or Python is preferred.

• Experience with single-cell analysis or other relevant bioinformatic techniques (a plus).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
