The well-known London-based legal publisher Law Business Research recently published its Year of 2017 edition of
The Transport Finance Law Review
. Han Kun partner Ms. Wang Shu and Mr. Zhu Jun authored the China chapter. Han Kun was the only PRC-headquartered law firm invited to contribute to the China chapter. Han Kun associate Ms. Zhang Ling also made contributions to the writing of the article.
The Transport Finance Law Review
introduces the legislative framework, financial and security regulations with respect to the financing of aircraft, vessels and rail assets in 15 different jurisdictions, authored by leading firms respectively in each jurisdiction.
