卡罗主任在白宫内办公，担任特朗普总统有关国家药物管制政策的首席顾问，负责监督和协调全政府对持续存在的阿片类药物危机的回应。

Please join us at the Beijing American Center as we host a panel discussion with Director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy Jim Carroll, Acting Commissioner for United Stated Customs and Border Protection Mark Morgan, and Chief Postal Inspector Gary Barksdale. Director Carroll sits in the White House and serves as President Trump’s chief adviser on the nation’s drug control policy and oversees and coordinates the whole-of-government response to the ongoing opioid crisis.
This program will be conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation in Chinese.
