中国清洁空气政策伙伴关系（China Clean Air Policy Partnership，CCAPP）由清华大学、北京大学、生态环境部环境规划院等十余家中国清洁空气领域知名的科研机构共同发起成立，并由能源基金会提供支持。以“推动空气质量持续改善，寻求大气污染物与温室气体协同减排路径，推动气候变化应对，保护公众健康”为愿景，致力于在空气质量管理与气候变化应对领域促进交流合作，推广先进经验，支持相关决策，推动清洁空气与气候变化应对政策的落地实施。我们将提供一个有助于个人成长的平台，提供具有挑战性、创造性的专业工作环境。

传播专员

CCAPP 秘书处现招聘1名传播专员（设计相关专业或经历优先），支持环境政策、专业研究可视化传播工作。

工作职责

协助部门经理通过微信或其他平面媒体宣传和推广大气污染治理及应对气候变化相关内容。负责传播材料的准备和设计，包括传播稿件排版、报告封面、活动海报、宣传册、数据图表等设计美化，以及短视频等制作。
协助部门经理开展会议的组织和筹办，包括新闻稿、物料准备、传播数据收集、相关行政事务等。
协助新媒体平台的运营工作。
完成部门经理交予的其他任务。

职位要求

新闻传媒类、专业设计或相关专业硕士及以上学历（优秀本科生亦可，也欢迎GAP year 同学申请）， 具有可视化设计相关工作经验者优先。
擅长运营各种传播渠道和可视化工具。具有微信公众号运营、视频制作等经验；熟练使用PS、AI等设计软件，及PR、剪映等视频编辑软件。
具备良好的沟通和协调能力、有团队合作精神。
对环境问题，特别是空气污染、双碳等内容有浓厚兴趣，具有强烈的求知欲和出色的学习能力。
具备独立思考的能力和创新精神、工作严谨细致。
具有良好的英文阅读写作能力。

China Clean Air Policy Partnership (CCAPP) is founded by Top 10 China Atmospheric Science institutes, including Tsinghua University, Peking University, Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning, etc, and supported by Energy Foundation China. Our mission is to “Improve air quality, find the synergistic pathway to achieve air pollutants and greenhouse gases emission reductions, tackle climate change, and protect public health”. CCAPP, a professional think tank, is established to study clean air policies, improve the communication and collaboration among stakeholders in the community of air quality management and support science-based policy making and implementation. We provide a platform for personal growth, and a challenging, creative, and professional working environment.

Communication Specialist

The CCAPP Secretariat is now hiring one Communication Specialist (preferably with a background or experience in design) to support the visual communication of environmental policy and professional research.

Job responsibilities

Assisting the department manager in promoting and publicizing content related to air pollution control and coordinated responses to climate change through WeChat or other print media. This includes preparing and designing communication materials, such as formatting communication drafts, designing report covers, event posters, brochures, data charts, and producing short videos.
Assisting the department manager in organizing and planning meetings, including tasks such as drafting press releases, preparing materials, collecting communication data, and handling related administrative affairs.
Assisting in operating new media platforms.
Completing other tasks assigned by the department manager.

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in Journalism, Media, Design, or a related field (exceptional undergraduates are also welcome, as well as GAP year students). Experience in visual design-related work is preferred.
Proficient in operating various communication channels and visualization tools. Experience in managing WeChat public accounts, video production, and proficient in using design software like Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), and video editing software such as Premiere (PR) and Jianying is required.
Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.
Strong interest in environmental issues, particularly air pollution and dual carbon goals, with a keen desire for knowledge and outstanding learning ability.
Capable of independent thinking, innovation, and meticulous work.
Good English reading and writing skills.

Payment：

Competitive salary is offered based on the qualifications of the applicant. Five insurances and housing fund, annual leave, training and other benefits are also offered.
