Primary Purpose of Position本职位主要目的
To develop, implement and maintain quality systems, lead continuous improvement activities pertaining to quality, facilitate 8D's and APQP activities, and provide statistical support to the team.

Major Responsibilities of Position本职位主要职责
1. Lead: Assisting/champion the development and implementation of Quality Systems including Control Plans, Measurement Systems Analysis, Instructions, FMEA's, DOE and management system documents and procedures.
领导：协助/支持质量体系的发展和执行，包括控制计划，测量体系分析，指导书，FEMA，DOE以及体系文件和流程的管理
? Manage measurement issues including gauge design and methods, and production GR&R approval/analysis.
管理测量事宜，包括检具设计和方法，生产GR&R审批/分析
? Pursuing resolution of internal and external quality issues. 为内外部质量事宜寻求解决方法
? Be involved in the process of the measurement of parts on lab and layout equipment.

? Analyze data and information from various information sources as a resource for problem resolution to provide accurate information based on team decisions.

? Involved in requested layout support, reviewing data, following tooling progressions and changes.

? PPAP preparation and submission, Product Engineering, Engineering changes, run at rate.

2. Communication: Act as the liaison, when required, between the customer and plant team to ensure that issues are resolved with mutual consent and satisfaction.

? Facilitate discussions and actively participate in APQP process. 在APQP过程中进行讨论和积极的参与
? Work with suppliers in a supplier development capacity. 与供应商一起发掘供应商的能力
? Providing necessary information to facilitate team decisions. 提供必要的信息来完成团队决策
? Ensuring that customer concerns are properly dealt with (8D's, etc.). 确保客户问题得到妥善解决（8D等等）
? Promoting the implementation and effective use of quality systems and techniques including management system documents and procedures. 推动质量体系和技术的有效使用和贯彻实施，包括管理体系文件和流程
? Negotiate corrective action plans, ensure appropriate action is taken, and document.

? Possibility of International travel. 可能到国外出差
? Training: Training / reinforcing team members in quality systems and procedures.

? Encouraging use and understanding of the quality tools and systems in production including SPC and 8D’s.

? Work with the team to ensure all plant goals are met, promoting customer satisfaction.

3. Documentation: Analyzing, documenting and reporting issues of customer returns.

? Interfacing with the customer to maintain a full and accurate information flow.

? Other duties as required, including special projects as they arise. 其他所需的职责，包括特殊项目
Education and Skill Requirements教育及技能要求
? Above college degree in manufacturing, engineering or relevant. 制造、工程或相关领域的大专以上学历
? Extensive experience and knowledge on quality control in a manufacturing environment.

? Be familiar with TS16949 and Quality standards in Auto industry.熟悉TS16949质量体系和汽车行业质量标准
? Be familiar with quality tools such as APQP,FMEA,CP,SPC MSA,8D.熟悉APQP,FMEA,CP,SPC MSA,8D等质量工具
? Be familiar with GD&T, can read the drawing of product.熟悉形位公差，能看懂产品图纸
? Good written and verbal communication, time management, team problem solving, and computer skills.
良好的书面和口语交流能力，时间管理能力，团队问题解决能力以及电脑技能
? Knowledge of quality related equipment is an asset.了解质量相关设备
? Able to work independently and as part of the plant team.能够独立工作和团队工作
? Knowledge of company policies & procedures. 了解公司政策和流程
? Working towards obtaining a Quality Engineer certificate (or equivalent) 获取质量工程师证书（或同等证书）
