Having just promoted three to partner earlier this month, KPMG’s Saudi organisation has now also welcomed three new partners from outside the business.
All three new partners – Christopher Moore, Jan Lindhaus and Skander Kastalli – strengthen the Advisory business and arrive with a Big Four background. Islam Albayaa, Head of Advisory at KPMG in the Middle East, said that the growth of its partnership ranks comes in response to heightened demand for the firm’s services in the Kingdom.
“These appointments are a testament to KPMG’s commitment to being a trusted partner in shaping a thriving, diversified economy under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030,” he said. “The extensive expertise and proven track records of Christopher, Jan Lindhaus and Skander will play a crucial role in driving innovative solutions that address the unique challenges faced by our clients.”
Christopher Moore brings over three decades of strategic and operational expertise in the defense and security sector. A decorated 25-year veteran of the Canadian Military, he is renowned for his deep knowledge in strategic planning, defense management, capability-based planning, and defense procurement. His track record includes driving complex technology and business transformation initiatives for defense, policing, and security clients.
Moore joins from PwC in Canada, where he was a partner and the National Leader for Defence, Public Safety, and Justice. Earlier, he worked in the public sector and also for two years with KPMG’s Canadian business.
Jan Lindhaus joins KPMG as a partner in the Enterprise Solutions & ERP Enablement service line, which is part of the Financial Management & Accounting Solutions group. He brings over 27 years of experience in leading SAP ERP transformations and building high-performing teams in the energy and natural resources sector as well as other industries.
Lindhaus has a deep understanding of enterprise solutions and the SAP system, with a track record of delivering impactful results. He most recently was a partner at Deloitte in Australia, and previously served Capgemini Invent and Accenture.
Skander Kastalli is a member of the Performance Improvement & Excellence, bringing more than 18 years of experience in (digital) supply chain. He has successfully led large-scale supply chain programs across Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, and helped clients with the establishment of Supply Chain Centers of Excellence.
Having lived and worked across three continents, Kastalli will leverage his diverse international experience to help KPMG expand its supply chain transformation offerings in Saudi Arabia and beyond. His background includes spells in industry and 15+ years at PwC and Accenture.
