2月8日，记者从四川成都邛崃市的南宝山旅游区获悉，
成都雪村中的“雪”确实为棉花，现已全部清除，自8日上午起，成都雪村已经关闭。
景区向游客公开致歉，表示因今年天气暖和，雪村无法呈现，为营造“雪”的氛围，采购了雪棉铺装，但事与愿违，没有达到预期的效果。
Chengdu Snow Village, a popular tourist spot, faced complaints after visitors found the "snow" was actually cotton. The site confirmed it had removed the cotton and closed the village on Saturday.
The attraction apologized, explaining that warm weather prevented real snow, and the cotton used to simulate snow didn’t meet expectations.

成都雪村，位于四川省成都市邛崃市大同镇金山村，是南宝山旅游区中的一个小景点。
因其对外宣传的雪中美景，让不少游客慕名前往，然而到达现场后才发现，图片中的雪花，实际上是棉花。
Chengdu Snow Village is located in Datong town, Qionglai city, Southwest China's Sichuan province. Promoted for its snowy landscapes, many tourists visited, only to discover that the "snow" in the photos was actually cotton.
从满怀期待到大失所望，一时间，成都雪村引来了不少人的吐槽。“避雷，图片仅供参考！”“门票是真的，雪是假的！”“本来是去看雪的，结果你给我看棉花。”“不配雪村的名字，全部是棉花，花是塑料的”……

2月8日上午，记者致电成都雪村景区，
工作人员表示，自8日上午起，成都雪村已经关闭。
随后，记者联系到了南宝山旅游区的一名工作人员，对方表示，成都雪村中的“雪”确实是棉花所做，不过已经全部清除了。她说：“（成都）雪村是我们南宝山（旅游区）的一个打卡点。按照往年惯例，我们这里冬天是有雪的，所以才提前打造了这样一个打卡点，在等雪来。结果今年天气不给力，没有下雪。”
该工作人员坦言，景区以棉花替代真雪，是想给游客营造一个“雪中打卡”的氛围。
“（成都）雪村是今年正月初一对外开放的，现在已经下架了，没有单独收费，是包含在南宝山（旅游区）门票里的。”对方告诉记者，针对此事，景区后续会专门公开情况说明。

A representative from the Nanbao Mountain Tourist Area explained that the "snow" was cotton, used to simulate a snowy atmosphere due to the lack of real snow caused by warm weather.
The snow village, which opened on the first day of the Chinese New Year, was included in the regular Nanbao Mountain ticket. The site plans to issue an official statement.

南宝山旅游区的雪村项目是基于天气预报春节降温会下雪，在旅游区内打造的一个网红打卡点位，属于旅游区内的一个景点，不另外收费。但是2025年春节，天气暖和，雪村无法呈现，为了营造出“雪”的氛围，旅游区在网上采购了雪棉铺装，于大年初一开放，但事与愿违，没有达到预期的效果，给前来观光的游客留下很不好的印象。
The Snow Village project at Nanbao Mountain Tourist Area was created based on weather forecasts predicting snow during the Spring Festival, aiming to provide a popular photo spot. It was included in the regular Nanbao Mountain ticket without additional charges. However, due to unusually warm weather this year, the snow village could not deliver its intended snowy experience. To simulate the atmosphere, cotton was used, but it failed to meet expectations, leaving a poor impression on visitors.
得到广大网友反馈后，旅游区于初二开始清理所有雪棉，让旅游区回归本色，建议游客领略南宝山其他的生态资源和山水风光，给大家造成的不便，敬请谅解，欢迎大家到南宝山旅游！
After receiving feedback from tourists, the cotton was removed on the second day of the the Chinese New Year, and the area returned to its natural state. We encourage visitors to explore other ecological resources and scenic views of Nanbao Mountain.
