① agree, mention, notice, promise, say, think 等词后面可以省略that

②不省略that的情况：

complain, confide（吐露，倾诉）, deny, grumble（嘟囔）, speculate（猜测， 推断）, warn, answer, argue, reply 后面；

正式 场合；

that从句和动词 隔开 。

①v sth to be:

表示观点、看法类的词： feel, think, understand , believe, find, consider, expect sth to be adj.

acknowledge sth to be adj.  承认，认可

assume/presume sth to be adj.  假设

declare sth to be adj.声明，公布

①后面必须跟宾语的词：

assure sb that... 向…保证，使确信
