SOW for this position includes:
1、 Overall annual and by campaign digital planning to develop digital strategy and execution plan to improve brand/product awareness, drive engagement, build preference and generation action to try/purchase.
2、Lead the digital communication for new launch. Work with marketing partners and agencies to produce the campaign engagement idea. Develop 360 digital campaigns translating the big idea across all main digital platforms. Execute, track and optimize the performance and do post evaluation to accumulate learnings.
3、Lead the always on communication and engagement for EL core pillar products, especially on social and SEM platforms. Continuously drive core pillar preference and help to build equity via strong social communication and engagement.
4、 Develop digital media strategy and plan, optimize media investment, overlook the media execution, tracking and optimization
5、Develop SEM strategy and plan, work with SEM agency to maximize brand exposure and drive engagement on all SEM platforms.
6、Responsible for budget planning, operating and control. Develop and manage budgets for projects, monitor costs, and provide status reports on a regular basis
7、Lead digital innovation across all digital platforms
8、Assist in digital agency management including media agencies, creative agencies, social agencies and SEM agencies
Qualification
1、Previous experience on digital marketing is required with knowledge and experience on digital communication, digital media, social and SEM, for both planning and execution.
2、Experience with makeup brands is preferred, if not, experience in the youth fashion or consuming goods category will be a plus.

4、Driving for innovation, daring to test and learn, strong ability to accumulate learnings and transfer success model
5、Good communication skill and cross team working capability
