德勤全球董事会负责处理德勤全球最重要的治理事务,包括批准全球战略、年度预算和投资计划、重大政策、重大交易,以及遴选德勤全球首席执行官和德勤全球主席。此外,德勤全球董事会还负责监督和支持管理层的运作和业绩。

全球董事会包括来自大多数德勤公司的代表,反映了德勤业务的地域覆盖范围。成员公司在遴选担任这些职位的人选时,会考虑多元化因素,包括性别、种族和民族、思想和生活经历、专业背景以及技能和能力。德勤全球董事会共有17名成员,其中女性占41%(高于2024财年的35%)。德勤全球董事会主席Anna Marks)于2023年6月1日开始任职。当选任期为四年。

Anna Marks is Chair of the Deloitte Global Board of Directors.

She is renowned for her energetic leadership, dedication to driving sustainable growth and fostering positive societal impacts through collaboration, inclusion, and effective governance.

Since becoming Deloitte Global Chair in June 2023, Anna has driven a focused and strategic governance agenda, reinvigorating governance structures and the Global Board Committees, and leading the Deloitte Global Board to oversee the most significant matters that influence how Deloitte operates globally.

Purpose, inclusion, and impact is a deep-seated passion for Anna, originating from her first career working with families with children with learning disabilities before switching careers to work within professional services. Anna qualified as a Chartered Accountant, later becoming a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Anna is also deeply passionate about promoting women’s equity – actively coaching and empowering women in leadership. She is currently Sponsoring Chair of the Deloitte UK Ethnicity Council.

Anna is a fellow and former board member of the Royal Hospital for Neurodisability in the UK.

Prior to becoming Deloitte Global Chair, Anna held leadership and executive roles including on the Deloitte Global Board, the Deloitte North South Europe Board, and the Deloitte UK Board. She chaired the Deloitte UK-Swiss Partnership Council and was a member of the Deloitte North South Europe Audit & Assurance Executive and Deloitte UK Audit & Assurance Executive. Anna also led the Deloitte UK CFO Programme, which focuses on developing the next generation of FTSE100 CFOs and providing insights and support for UK-listed corporate CFOs.

In her 20 years as a practicing audit partner, Anna led audit, due diligence, stock exchange and regulatory reporting programmes with some of Deloitte’s largest Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE) corporate and international clients. Anna also led a range of corporate development activities including supporting growth; M&A and other transaction-related activities; organizational design; and the development and enhancement of governance and risk management processes.

Anna lives in Oxford (UK) with her husband, has two adult daughters and enjoys running and yoga as well as watching live sport.

Dennis is the Deputy Chair of Deloitte Global and Chair of Deloitte Asia Pacific. With a career of 38 years at Deloitte, he has held various leadership roles. He was the Chair of Deloitte China, and immediately before that, a member of the Deloitte China executive management team responsible for Deloitte's offices across the Greater Bay Area (Hong Kong, Macao, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou) and the lead client service partner for several blue-chip companies, overseeing all Deloitte’s services to these clients.

In addition, Dennis was Chair of Deloitte's Global Chinese Services Group, a network of 1,000+ professionals across more than 130 countries dedicated to serving Chinese clients overseas.

Lara is the Chair of Deloitte US, leading the Board of Directors in governing all aspects of the US Firm, which consists of 180,000 professionals and revenue of over $30 billion. Lara is a member of Deloitte’s Global Board of Directors and Chair of the Deloitte Foundation. Lara stepped into this role after serving as the chief executive officer of the Deloitte US Audit & Assurance business for four years. During her tenure, she was instrumental in the launch of Making Accounting Diverse and Equitable (MADE), Deloitte’s $75 million commitment to fueling greater racial and ethnic diversity in the accounting profession.

Lara has served in a number of leadership roles during her career at Deloitte, while also maintaining significant client responsibilities for the firm’s largest and most complex clients. Vivian was voted as World Leading Tax Advisor, one of the World's Leading Women in Business Law, and Women in Tax Leader in consecutive years. She was recognized as Shanghai Outstanding Talents in the 1st awarding ceremony.

Vivian is devoted to drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. She is a frequent speaker at China and global forums on D&I topics, including Boao Forum for Asia and the World Artificial Intelligence Conference. Vivian was selected as Fortune’s Most Impactful Business Women in China for 2021 and 2022. She was awarded the 2018 ATHENA International Leadership Award in China, recognizing her contribution to empower women leadership and devotion to advancing women’s careers.

He specializes in shaping value-based deals in partnership with his clients to deliver their most challenging business outcomes.  Over the last 30 years Scott has held leadership positions within Industry and Professional Services across EMEA. His career started in Banking, where he developed his experience in business-led technology transformation through 10 years of significant market change, with disruptive technology and multiple mergers and acquisitions.  He joined IBM Business Consulting in 2000 where he further developed his commercial and professional services skills across EMEA Financial Services.  Scott joined Deloitte in 2005, championing major pursuits and business-led transformation by employing the full breadth of Deloitte’s global capabilities.

After 15 years in Deloitte Financial Services, Scott moved from Global FSI Technology Leader to the UK Government & Public Services Executive to shape and drive the strategic capability. He leads UK Cloud Transformation and UK & NSE Engineering. Key to this ambition is to integrate Deloitte’s capabilities across EMEA, using Deloitte’s Global Delivery Network, and to focus on fewer, more iconic deals. Scott enjoys an uncomplicated life outside of work, living in a rural part of the UK where he and his family are very much part of the local community. Irfan serves as Deloitte’s US Chief Information Officer.  In his nearly 30-year career in professional services, Irfan has focused on the strategy and implementation of transformational technology and cyber solutions for many leading global enterprises. He principally serves large, multi-national clients in the technology sector and has also worked with leading brands in media, financial services, and retail.

Irfan serves on the Deloitte US Firms’ Board of Directors and previously chaired its Risk and Regulatory Committee.  He is a frequent author, speaker, and board adviser on cyber risk and various emerging and disruptive technologies, most recently focusing heavily on the governance of these key domains.

Irfan is passionate about serving the community.  He has been involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation for many years, served on its Greater Bay Area chapter board, and continues to be active as an advisor and contributor.  He and his wife live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and enjoy travel, food and wine, and watching a variety of sports.

Prior to his election as Chair, Duncan was a Vice Chair of Deloitte Canada and Chile, focused on advising major institutional investor clients, global private family businesses, and regional governments.

For more than 35 years, Duncan has served clients across the globe in the mining, telecommunication, consumer business, manufacturing, real estate and construction sectors, as well as national and regional governments. In addition to his client responsibilities, Duncan has been Director of Audit, Managing Partner of the firm’s Edmonton office and the Regional Managing Partner of British Columbia.

In recognition of his exceptional service to the profession, Duncan has been named a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (FCPA).

Deeply committed to public policy, Duncan established Deloitte’s Future of Canada Centre, which is responsible for the firm’s thought leadership and public policy positions, including Deloitte’s ambitious Canada 175 eminence program, a series of perspectives which outline what it will take for Canada to be the best country to live and work.

As the inaugural Dean of Deloitte University North, Duncan was responsible for leadership development at Deloitte Canada and Chile. Passionate about growing and developing those around him, Duncan believes leadership means rolling up your sleeves and getting to work on shared challenges. With 30 years of experience as a practicing accountancy partner, Nikolaas is also engagement partner for several Diamond Private clients in Belgium, focusing on financial and operational reporting and planning, financial performance analysis, strategic decision making, and outlining the continuity of management and shareholding for family-owned and PE-backed companies.

Nikolaas was the founder of the Best Managed Companies and Technology Fast 50 programs in Belgium, has previously led the End-to-End M&A MDM platform and is leading the BE Boardroom and Chair of the Future programs.

Nikolaas graduated with a degree of Master Applied Economic Sciences (1989) and Doctoral Program Applied Economic Sciences (1991) and is a certified Tax Accountant ITAA as of 2000.

Trevear is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), to which he brings his knowledge of and experience with the latest emerging governance issues and trends impacting M&A, financial performance, disrupting business models, and the changing competitive landscape. He has also shared his deep expertise and knowledge in various publications and speaking opportunities at industry conferences throughout his career.

Junko Watanabe serves as the Deputy Chair of Deloitte Asia Pacific and chairs the Partners Committee. Her tenure at Deloitte includes serving two terms as a board member of Deloitte Japan, where she now acts as an observer. She played a critical role as co-chair of the global nomination committee that selected the current global CEO. Throughout her career at Deloitte, Junko has held several leadership roles, including chair of both the audit and compensation committees in Deloitte Japan, and chair of compensation and board transformation committees for the Deloitte Asia Pacific Board.

In her current role, Junko is the global lead client service partner for Sony Corporation.

Junko began her career at Price Waterhouse, where she audited multinational companies like Sony, Nomura Securities, and IBM Japan. After a strategic planning role at a food manufacturing company, she joined Deloitte in 2001. Her expertise spans accounting, auditing, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services, including IPOs and IFRS projects.

She also contributes to leadership development as co-dean of several Deloitte Global/Asia Pacific programs and engages in panel discussions on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Junko holds a US CPA certification and a graduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with additional work experience in New York.
