尚未在国内注册成立企业且拥有科技创新成果的创业团队（如海外留学回国创业人员、进入创业实施阶段的优秀科技团队、大学生创业团队等），团队成员不低于3人。

Entrepreneurial teams that haven’t registered and established domestic enterprises but own scientific innovation achievements (such as returnee entrepreneurs, excellent science and technology entrepreneurial teams in the phase of implementation, college students’ entrepreneurial teams, etc.). Team members should be no less than 3 people.

1、在上海成立一年内的初创企业，境外及外省市企业不限成立年限；

2、项目具有产业属性和广泛市场应用前景，突出创新性、独特性；

3、参赛项目应符合现行法律法规、产业政策的相关规定，拥有产品、技术、服务相关的自主知识产权(须无纠纷)或关键技术，具有一定的创新性和商业化潜力；

4、参赛团队所有成员须无重大失信记录、无犯罪记录。

1. Start-up enterprises established in Shanghai less than a year ago, or those in other countries or provinces/municipalities, no matter when they were established;

2. The project(s) should be of industrial nature with a wide range of market application prospects, and be highly innovative and unique;

3. The project(s) should be in accordance with existing laws and regulations and industrial policies, own independent intellectual property rights (without disputes) or key technologies related to projects, technology and services, and demonstrate creativity and potential of commercialization;

4. All members of the participating team must not have major record of dishonesty or criminal record.
