毛宁：这是一个重要的突发事件，中方注意到有关消息，并正密切关注事态发展。我愿重申，中国一贯主张国际刑事法院应严格遵循补充性管辖原则，依法审慎行使职权，避免政治化和双重标准。

Mao Ning: This is an important sudden incident. China has noted the news and is closely following how this might develop. I would like to reiterate China’s consistent view that the International Criminal Court should strictly follow the principle of complementarity, exercise its functions and powers prudently in accordance with the law and prevent politicization or double standards.

《北京日报》记者：外界十分关注中国两会政府工作报告将今年中国经济增长目标设为5％左右，特别是就扩大高水平对外开放进一步明确了任务。在全球经济低迷背景下，中国将如何为世界发展作出新贡献？

Beijing Daily: There is a lot of attention on the Report on the Work of the Government, which was released during China’s two sessions, setting this year’s economic growth target at around 5 percent and outlining the task of expanding high-standard opening up. With the world economy in the doldrums, how will China make new contribution to global development?

毛宁：开放是中国经济的活力之源，也是中国对世界的坚定承诺。正如今年政府工作报告指出，无论外部环境如何变化，中国始终坚持对外开放不动摇，稳步扩大制度型开放，有序扩大自主开放和单边开放。

Mao Ning: Opening up is where China’s economic vitality comes from and China’s firm commitment to the world. This year’s Report on the Work of the Government made it clear that regardless of changes in the external environment, China will remain steadfast in its commitment to opening up, steadily expand institutional opening up and take the initiative to open wider and advance unilateral opening up in a well-ordered way.

我们将加大稳外贸政策力度，推动服务贸易创新发展，培育绿色贸易、数字贸易等新增长点，高质量办好进博会、广交会、服贸会、数贸会、消博会等重大展会。我们将大力鼓励外商投资，推动互联网、文化等领域有序开放，扩大电信、医疗、教育等领域开放试点。我们将推动高质量共建“一带一路”走深走实，保障中欧班列稳定畅通运行，加快西部陆海新通道建设，优化产供链国际合作布局。我们将深化多双边和区域经济合作，坚定维护以世贸组织为核心的多边贸易体制，扩大同各国利益的汇合点，促进共同发展。

We will bolster policies for stabilizing foreign trade. We will promote innovation-driven development of trade in services, cultivate new growth drivers, such as green trade and digital trade, host major trade events to high standards, such as the China International Import Expo, the China Import and Export Fair, the China International Fair for Trade in Services, the Global Digital Trade Expo, and the China International Consumer Products Expo. We will vigorously encourage foreign investment. We will open internet-related, cultural, and other sectors in a well-regulated way and expand trials to open sectors such as telecommunications, medical services, and education. We will strive for solid progress in pursuing high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. We will ensure the stable and smooth operation of China-Europe freight trains, accelerate the development of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, and improve the layout of international cooperation in industrial and supply chains. We will deepen multilateral, bilateral, and regional economic cooperation. We will resolutely safeguard the WTO-centered multilateral trading system, broaden converging interests with other countries, and promote shared development.

共同社记者：中国驻日本大使在两会期间接受香港媒体采访时表示，中方会参加今年在日本举行的中日韩领导人会议。请问发言人能否证实王毅外长将于本月访问东京并出席中日韩外长会？

Kyodo News: Chinese Ambassador to Japan told Hong Kong media in an interview during the two sessions that China will participate in this year’s China-Japan-ROK summit to be held in Japan. Can you confirm that Foreign Minister Wang Yi will visit Tokyo in March and attend the China-Japan-ROK foreign ministers’ meeting?

毛宁：中方重视中日韩合作，同日方和韩方就中日韩外长会有关事宜保持着沟通。关于你提到的具体问题，目前我没有可以提供的信息。

Mao Ning: China attaches importance to China-Japan-ROK cooperation. We maintain communication with Japan and the ROK on affairs related to the China-Japan-ROK Foreign Ministers’ Meeting. On your specific question, I have no information to share at the moment.

中新社记者：近日，澳大利亚智库战略政策研究所（ASPI）负责人在社交媒体上公开发文，表示美国冻结援助资金致该机构缺乏反华素材、无法输出攻击中国的内容，呼吁美或其他组织立即为有关反华业务继续供资等。中方对此有何评论？

China News Service: Recently, the head of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) wrote on social media that because of the U.S. funding freezing, the institute lacks anti-China materials and cannot produce contents attacking China, urging the U.S. or other organizations to immediately fund relevant anti-China agenda. What’s your comment?

毛宁：我注意到了有关报道。你提到的这个澳大利亚所谓研究机构，长期接受美国国防、外交机构及军火商资助，服务于其背后“金主”利益，炮制了大量涉华谎言。其所谓“研究成果”缺乏基本的事实依据，已多次被证明是虚假信息，完全违背学术研究应有的职业道德操守，早已名誉扫地。

Mao Ning: We noted relevant report. The so-called research institute from Australia that you mentioned has long been funded by the U.S. defense and diplomatic agencies and arms dealers. It serves the interests of its donors and has propagated a long list of lies against China. Its so-called “research findings” lack basic factual grounds and have been proved as disinformation many times, which clearly violates the professional ethics of academic research. There is no credibility to speak of for this so-called institute.

此次其负责人在社交平台“自曝家丑”，再次暴露其在美方资助下炮制涉华谎言、污蔑抹黑中国的反华虚伪本质。希望澳社会各界和国际社会明辨是非，共同声讨和抵制其炮制、传播虚假信息的丑陋行径。
