放线菌遗传学及抗生素生物合成的生物化学和分子生物学研究
。在链霉菌质粒和噬菌体的分子生物学,DNA复制调控、限制和修饰系统,微生物代谢途径、代谢工程及合成生物学创新等方面取得了系统性的科技成果。特别是首次在众多细菌DNA大分子上发现了硫修饰,这是在DNA骨架上发现的第一种生理性修饰,打开了DN硫修饰这个全新的科学领域。
