职位描述:
1) Responsible for daily admin tasks, including receiving visitors, ordering office supplies, and helping with meeting room booking.
协助行政日常事物,包括接待访客、采购办公物资、会议室预定等。
2) Help with recruiting work: screening CVs from stores and internet,making phone calls with applicant professionally, arranging interview for HR team, sending job offers, and signing contracts with candidates.
协助HR进行员工招聘工作,涵盖:职位发布,简历筛选,面试安排,入职通知,合同签订等;
3) Scanning and sending employees’ files.
协助HR完成人事档案管理工作
3) Others duties assigned by supervisors.
完成上级布置的其他工作
职位要求:
1. Junior university student;
大学在校生,本科(在读)及以上学历;
2. Interested into Human resource knowledge;
对人力资源有浓厚的兴趣
Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin;
英语读写熟练,听说良好;
3. Good command of computer skills, and familiar with Office software; Professional communication skills;
电脑操作熟练,熟悉office使用;
4. Minimum three working days per week; minimum three months
每周工作时间保证在3个工作日;实习时长不低于三个月
