在“人际动力学”发起人之一、斯坦福商学院领导力资深荣休讲师David Bradford博士，北京大学斯坦福中心主任程嘉树先生和斯坦福商学院中国区主任韩诚（Frank Hawke）先生的支持下，北京大学斯坦福中心正式移植引进了“人际动力学”的精华版课程，开启了这个课程在中国的新篇章。
Dr. David Bradford, Stanford Graduate School of Business Eugene O'Kelly II Senior Lecturer Emeritus in Leadership and Co-founder of the Interpersonal Dynamics Program, is joining Stanford Center at Peking University (SCPKU) Executive Director Josh Cheng and Stanford Graduate School of Business China Director Frank Hawke to bring the condensed version of this program, titled “Essential Interpersonal Dynamics”, to SCPKU, opening the first chapter of Touchy Feely in China.
斯坦福MBA校友顾及将担任该课程的特聘项目主管，负责领导该课程在中国的推广、教学及教研人员培训。北京大学斯坦福中心开设的精华版课程是在David Bradford博士指导下根据中国国情设计而成，之前已经由顾及和斯坦福商学院的讲师们前后在斯坦福中心多次试讲，参与人员包括上市公司的创始人、估值过亿美金的互联网公司CEO、大型金融公司投资高管、知名天使投资人、著名战略公司合伙人、国际学校创始人、国际律所资深律师等各界优秀人士，课程获得一致好评。
Stanford MBA alumnus Gu Ji will act as Founding Program Director and will lead the
Essential Interpersonal Dynamics program in China. The program is designed under the guidance of Dr. David Bradford, taking into consideration Chinese characteristics. David Bradford
David Bradford博士是斯坦福商学院Eugene O’Kelly II领导力资深荣休讲师。他著有包括《如何展示非权力的领导魅力》等6本关于领导力和影响力的国际著作并开发了三个相关的培训课程。在斯坦福四十多年的教学生涯中，Bradford博士也为包括惠普、国际商用机器公司（IBM）、思科（Cisco）、李维斯、罗氏和惠特尼美国艺术博物馆等盈利和非盈利机构提供高管培训。
Dr. David Bradford is the Eugene O’Kelly II Senior Lecturer Emeritus in Leadership at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. His research interests have led to six books, numerous articles, three training programs and a MOOC on leadership, team performance, and the influence process. He also has consulted and conducted executive programs for a variety of organizations in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, including Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Cisco Systems, Levi Strauss & Co., Roche Pharmaceutical, Raychem, and the Whitney Museum of American Art.
