Combating NCP – Together We Will Get Through!

Dear colleagues, clients and partners,

● Local Leadership and Emergency Taskforce team have been on duty 24/7 before and during the holidays working with global/regional/local teams and external parties in managing the continued delivery and operation for our clients and our own Company. Our CEO Julie Sweet conveyed profound care about our people and clients instantly and repeatedly, and also spent much time in guiding us through the challenges with specific counsel on responsible business and responsible leadership.

● We rounded up various resources to purchase available protection masks (special thanks to Accenture Japan and our Japanese clients), enhance office hygiene, tighten security, raised timely alerts, set up hotline and HR psychological EAP (employee assistance program) to support our employees. Our labor union and other company-wide community organizations have been executing emergency assistance and will set up a new HR Employee Assistance Fund to support those employees in need.

● W e are in real-time synchronization with our global and local clients to ensure undisrupted quality technology and operation services. We are supporting our clients  in adapting to the head-on challenging environment and upgraded enterprise needs.

● We have been responding to all central and local governments’ evolving guideline and policies and implementing them without compromise across all our locations in Greater China.

● We are committed to the corporate donation of medical equipment and related services valued at RMB 1 million to support the CSR program against NCP in China.

● We are committed continuously to contributing knowledge-sharing and tailor-made solutions by exerting our industrial expertise and capabilities in digital transformation for the governments, clients and society.
