职位描述：

1. 组织并制定相关的临床研究策略及方向，包括新产品临床试验 phase 1-3 产品临床研究、产品拓展新适应症及新人群研究调研，确保临床研究过程符合国家药品管理法规及药物临床试验质量管理规范(GCP)要求以及研究数据的真实可靠
   

2. 参与上市后Phase 4 产品的推广，组织临床医学专家学术交流会，了解市场部在医学研究上的发展需求，制定有利于公司产品发展的临床研究项目并实施，提升公司学术影响

3. 充足的管理团队相关经验并制定团队季度，年度的计划和预算， 并保证成功执行并及时调整策略；

任职要求：

1. At least  PHD Degree/MD with scientific background in pharmaceutical science or other related fields is required.
   

2. At least 15 years working experience in pharmaceutical industrial, including in Global pharmas/MNC and reputated local companies.

3. Written and communication skills in both Chinese and English are required.

4. Expert in clinical and medical process management ,especially in the oncology or gene disease area.
