一、MEC Telematik在中东地区推出最大M2M及物联网
基于物联网的可持续发展和智能技术Ingenu，物联网正逐渐在中东地区发展壮大。Ingenu使用专用的 物联网（IOT）连通机器网络，同时咨询服务公司 MEC Telematik正持续为海湾合作委员会国家提供物联网连接。
MEC Telematik公司在中东，非洲及其他地区的网络建设方面拥有几十年的经验，并参与了近百个项目。该公司已与主要供应商，政府机构和其他组织发展了战略合作伙伴关系，并于2003年加入海湾合作委员会。

Largest M2M/IoT roll-out in the world for Middle East
The Middle East is embracing the Internet of Things (IoT) as it expands its focus on sustainability and smart technologies Ingenu, which delivers purpose-built Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity through its Machine Network, and consulting services company MEC Telematik, are providing IoT connectivity across the Gulf Cooperation Council states.
MEC Telematik has decades of experience in building networks in the Middle East, Africa and around the world, with involvement in nearly 100 projects to date. The company has developed strategic partnerships with leading vendors, government agencies and other organizations and has been affiliated with the GCC since 2003.
With a track record of success with telecommunications industry leaders such as Etisalat, STC, Du, Qtel and Zain, MEC Telematik is well positioned to deploy Ingenu’s Random Phase Multiple Access Technology (RPMA) as the de facto standard for IoT connectivity in the Middle East.
When launched, the Middle Eastern network will be the world’s largest multi-country M2M/IoT network serving the countries of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and others.
It will provide affordable and reliable connectivity for applications such as asset tracking, logistics, environmental monitoring and smart city, among others. MEC Telematik will fund and undertake the build-out of the Machine Network which will be largely completed by the end of 2017.

Ingenu is currently building out its Machine Network in the US and is on pace to have over 100 major metropolitan areas covered by the end of 2017. The company is also partnering with global companies, such as MEC Telematik, to build nationwide public networks specifically for IoT traffic in their respective countries.
It is also working with telecom operator Datorá Telecomunicações Ltda to launch its Machine Network in Brazil. Datorá will deploy the Machine Network throughout Brazil, with expected completion in late 2018.
The network will be integrated with its IoT Connectivity Abstraction Layer Solution (IoT CAL Solution), which allows different types of seamless connectivity for its clients.
The initial RPMA roll-out will be in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil’s third-largest state in terms of GDP and home of the headquarters of CODEMIG (Companhia de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais), a company responsible for significant economic development in the State and a Datora Mobile shareholder.
二、6月1日起 Sky Mobile于欧盟推出roam-like-home
6月1日起，Sky Mobile公司为所有穿梭于欧盟各国的移动用户推出“roam like home”套餐服务。欧盟电信监管部门设置的截止日期为6月15日，而Sky Mobile公司提早了两个星期推出此服务。

三、哈里亚纳邦用户可在Vodafone M-Pesa平台缴纳电费
Vodafone公司已与Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN)公司签署了合作协议。目前客户可以登陆Vodafone M-Pesa网络平台缴纳电费。
Vodafone公司拥有5000多家门店（或CashIn Points）包括Vodafone公司的直营店，加盟店，和多品牌店。客户可以通过下载手机应用程序M-Pesa或使用任一电话（包括功能型手机）拨打USSD短代码使用M-Pesa服务。通过UHBVN网站支付账单的客户也可以选择M-PESA作为其付款方式。
Vodafone M-Pesa enables electricity bill payments in Haryana
Vodafone has signed a partnership agreement with the Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN). Customers can now access the Vodafone M-Pesa platform to pay their electricity bills.
Vodafone has more than 5,000 outlets (or CashIn Points) including Vodafone Company owned stores, franchisees, and multi brand outlets. Customers can access the M-Pesa service on their smartphones by downloading the M-Pesa App or by dialing a USSD short-code from any phone including feature phones. Customers paying their bills through UHBVN website can also select M-Pesa as a payment option.
