2025春节前高效逼单策略!不同客户情况沟通思路+话术!

春节,作为中国一年中最为重大的节日,2025 年春节法定假期为 1 月 28 日至 2 月 4 日。然而,工厂和企业通常会提前至少 10 天甚至 15 天开启假期,以便员工能有充裕时间回家团聚。这就意味着,大约从 1 月中旬起,大部分工厂将逐步进入 “春节模式”,生产活动会显著减少,甚至停止。那么在此之前,有哪些高效的逼单技巧和话术呢?
一、春节前沟通技巧
及时告知放假安排
明确放假时间:通过邮件、短信、公司官网以及社交媒体等多种渠道,向客户清晰地传达公司春节放假的具体日期,例如 “Dear customers, our company will take a holiday from January 28th to February 4th for the Chinese New Year.”。
说明业务影响:告知客户春节期间业务可能面临的影响,诸如生产暂停、物流延迟、服务受限等,让客户提前做好心理准备并进行业务调整,如 “During the holiday, our factory will halt production and the delivery of goods may be postponed.”。
解决客户需求与问题
优先处理现有订单:对节前所有待完成的订单进行全面梳理和跟进,与工厂确认生产进度,与物流公司确认运输日程,确保货物按时交付给客户。
及时回复客户咨询:对于客户在节前的咨询和问题,要做到迅速回复,即便无法立刻给出最终解决方案,也要先告知客户已收到其咨询,并告知预计回复时间。
利用节日进行互动
发送节日祝福:可以依据客户的文化背景和喜好,挑选合适的方式发送个性化的节日祝福,如邮件、短信、社交媒体私信等,让客户感受到你的关心和重视,例如 “Dear [客户名字], As the Chinese New Year is drawing near, I would like to send my warmest wishes to you and your family. May the Year of the Dragon bring you good fortune, health and prosperity.”。
介绍春节文化:对于不了解中国春节的外国客户,可以在沟通中适当介绍一些春节的传统习俗和文化,如贴春联、吃年夜饭、放鞭炮、拜年等,增进客户对中国文化的了解和兴趣。
合理促单与跟进
强调节前下单优势:告知客户春节前下单的好处,如可以享受当前价格、避免节后价格上涨、优先安排生产和发货等,吸引客户在节前下单,例如 “Dear [客户名字], If you place an order before the Chinese New Year, we can ensure the current price and prioritize production and delivery, so that you can receive the goods earlier.”。
提供解决方案:如果客户对春节期间的业务安排有顾虑,比如担心货物运输问题,可以为其提供相应的解决方案,如推荐可靠的物流合作伙伴、制定备用运输计划等,增强客户的合作信心。
确保沟通渠道畅通
设置自动回复:在邮箱、社交媒体等沟通平台上设置好自动回复,告知客户公司的放假时间、紧急联系方式以及节后的预计回复时间等,避免客户因长时间未得到回复而产生不满或误解。

二、春节前逼单话术
【老客户】
提前常规下单的老客户:
方法:积极询问其库存状况,并提醒其及时备货,防止春节期间出现断货情况。
英文话术:“Dear [客户名字], As Chinese New Year is drawing near, we recommend you check your stock ahead of time. This way, we can prepare the goods for you promptly and guarantee a worry-free supply during the festival.”
还在犹豫的老客户:
方法:着重强调年前出货的重要性,以及春节期间物流压力增大和成本上升的情况。
英文话术:“Dear [客户名字], I understand it's a busy time of the year. However, we must inform you that to ship the goods smoothly before the Chinese New Year holiday, please place your order as soon as possible. Otherwise, you might face the risks of logistics delay and cost increase.”
计划在年后下单的老客户:
方法:提醒其尽早做出决定,以免因春节假期导致生产延误。

已寄样品但未下单的新客户:
方法:摸清楚客户背景信息,设置条件后再寄免费样品。寄样后及时跟进,询问客户收到样品后的情况及预计收货时间等。
英文话术:“Dear [客户名字], Have you received the sample we sent? How do you like it? If everything is fine, when do you expect to receive the goods? We need to know your feedback and delivery time to better serve you and finalize the order.”
正在洽谈的新客户:
方法:给予一定的优惠或促销活动,吸引其在春节前下单。利用春节假期前的时间节点,强调物流压力和成本上升等情况。
英文话术:“Dear [客户名字], We are currently having a special promotion for Chinese New Year. If you place an order within this week, you can enjoy a [X]% discount. Moreover, as Chinese New Year is approaching, the freight will fluctuate greatly and logistics resources will become tight. Placing an order now can save you a lot of trouble and cost.”
【潜在客户】
对于有过初步咨询的潜在客户:
方法:定时向其推送一些新款产品资讯、公司的优势阐述、成功案例等内容,持续与客户保持互动及联系。借助春节前这个时间点,向其发送祝福与问候,同时提及春节期间的生产和物流状况,引导客户下单。

During this period, our factory will be on break, and production and logistics will be impacted. If you have any needs, it is advisable that you place an order as quickly as possible so that we can arrange production and delivery in a timely manner.”
对于通过市场推广获得的潜在客户:
方法:对客户进行分类与筛选,依据其行业、需求、规模等因素,制定个性化的营销方案和逼单策略。通过电话、邮件、社交媒体等多种渠道与客户进行沟通交流,介绍公司的产品和服务,解答客户的疑问,建立信任与合作关系。
英文话术:“Dear [客户名字], We are a professional [公司行业] enterprise with extensive experience and an excellent reputation. Our products possess numerous advantages, such as [列举产品优势]. We have served many customers at home and abroad and received high acclaim. If you are interested in our products, please feel free to contact us. We will provide you with the best service and support. Now, as Chinese New Year is approaching, we have some special offers and promotions.
