【岗位职责】
Responsible for detailed research and credit analysis of bond issuers, guarantors, and industry and economic conditions for a variety of fixed income investments.
1. Prepare comprehensive and clearly written business credit applications for credit approval on a timely basis.
2. Perform ongoing analysis of the credit profile of rated corporate with prompt reporting and appropriate action to deal with irregularities.
3. Building and maintaining financial models,frequently including complex structures and complicated balance sheets.
4. Performance of company due diligence as part of new financing transactions, and other situations.
5. Deliver clear presentation of investment ideas at credit committees.
【岗位要求】
1. University degree major in Finance or Accounting, Master degree preferred.
2. At least 5 years in credit analysis, work experience in major international credit rating agency preferred.
3. Able to write research on individual companies and industry sectors.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Be highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

信评研究员：1人 工作地点：上海，深圳
工作职责：
1、负责研究行业主体基本面，提供信用评级建议，持续跟踪管理信用风险；
2、负责跟踪与研究产业链变化，挖掘投资机会，适时给出投资建议；
3、完善行业研究框架及主体评级方法，进行基础数据库搭建、数据统计分析工作，为投研提供支持：；
4、其他投研相关工作。

1、国内外重点院校全日制硕士及以上学历；具有证券从业、基金从业资格；
2、具有2年以上在基金、券商等金融机构的固定收益领域投研经验；
3、有产业债研究经验，有完善的信用评级框架和研究体系，熟悉境内外信用债市场，针对2-3个行业及重点主体进行过深入的研究和梳理；
