如果你把目标任务交给能很好将其落实的责任人，并让他们明白他们个人要对达成目标和完成任务负责，他们就会干得很出色。

对你自己也是如此。如果作为规划者/管理者的你根本不相信作为普通员工的你能胜任某项任务，但你仍然亲自去做，而不去找具有可信度的人来指导你，那就太不靠谱了。要知道，有很多能力不足的人试图去做他们力所不能及的事情，而你很可能也是其中一员。现实就是如此，所以要正视它，应对它，争取产生好的结果。

If you put your goals in the hands of RPs who can execute those goals well, and if you make it clear to them that they are personally responsible for achieving those goals and doing the tasks, they should pro-duce excellent results.

The same goes for yourself. If your designer/manager-you doesn’t have a good reason to be conﬁdent that your worker-you is up to a given task, it would be crazy to let yourself do the task without seeking the supervision of believable parties. You know that there are a lot of incompetent people in the world trying to do things they’re not good at, so the chances are good that you are one of them. That’s just a reality and it’s okay for you to accept it and deal with it in a way that produces good outcomes.
