人民日报消息，雄安新区建设是一个重大历史机遇，但肯定不会成为又一个资本拉动的造城运动。雄安新区既不是一些人一厢情愿认定的“声东击西的迁都”，也不是在通州北京副中心之外再建一个“首都副中心”。

5、Www.wdzj.com released data showing that, inMarch, P2P internet loan industry’s turnover was 250.843 billion yuan, up22.76% sequentially; internet loan industry’s overallyield rate was 9.41%, falling 10 basis points sequentially. As of theend of March, the number of normal operating platforms in P2P internet loanindustry was 2,281, reducing 54 sequentially.

8、State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) hasrecently issued a notice from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange aboutthe work related to the examination of trade documents by convenience banks. The main contents of the notice include opening customs applicationinformation to banks for the examination of the authenticity of foreignexchange business in goods trade; banks should follow the principle of"to understand customers, understand business and examine diligently",and verify the declaration of electronic customs application information, forthose which authenticity of the transaction can be confirmed, they can beexempt from verification and so on. The "notice" will be officiallyimplemented from May 1st onwards.
外管局日前发布《国家外汇管理局关于便利银行开展贸易单证审核有关工作的通知》。《通知》主要内容包括向银行开放报关电子信息，用于货物贸易外汇业务真实性审核；银行应遵循“了解客户、了解业务、尽职审查”原则，核验报关电子信息，对能够确认交易真实性的，可免于核验等。《通知》自5月1日起正式实施。
9、Realestate consulting company ColliersInternational said that, in the firstquarter of this year, the average rent of office buildings in Manhattan, NewYork rose from $72.24 per square foot in the fourth quarter of last year to$73.92, reaching a record high, this was benefited from the continued strong job market. At the sametime, foreign investors’ demand for business buildings in New York is stillstrong.
