Travel arrangement including tickets booking, refunding and altering, hotel arrangement.
Clear customs duty for input and output samples. Prepare needing documents and coordinate with vendors.
Arrange group travel & team building activities including logistic, accommodation and activities planning
Translation for reports
Support IT about internet problem including installing server, router, IP phones etc.

JOB PURPOSE
This business analysis specialist is supposed to take daily operation work including but not limited to target allocation, territory setting, routine work etc. But more importantly, he/she should contribute his/her knowledge and passion to deep dive into business analysis and generate insight to enhance sales force effectiveness.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Business daily operation and reporting(50%)
Communicate with sales team to maintain sales relevant data in system to ensure smooth daily operation, e.g. sales link
Support sales and marketing to complete non-target business quarterly sales target adjust
Running regular monitor/ checking dashboard
Understand internal qlikview reports
2. SFE analysis(40%)
Understand features of different data source, including internal sales/call/event and external market data to dig out region key issue
Collate data via standards data analysis tool based on established procedures, and prepare basic report form to monitor BU’s performance
Focus on Brand analysis to deliver simplify finding analysis & build up tracking progress
Facilitate for the training of the regular sales report/procedure to internal customers, to ensure resources are well understood and conduct by field force.
3. Provide consistent templates, Procedure and Project support(10%)
Job requirements
Bachelor degree above
More than 1 year working experience in business analysis or SFE in pharmaceutical industry
Familiar with SFE operation
Strong analytical skills to conduct sophisticated analysis individually
Initiative and accountability
Good communication skills
Strong teamwork spirit
Fluent in oral and written English
Master at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Past application experience of VBA is preferred; Familiar with Think-cell or Qlikview is a plus;
Good logical thinking and basic problem-solving skill
Quick learning and willing to try new things
Ability to work independently and result-oriented
Clearly describe the process and result of analysis in oral and writer form (e.g.PPT,report)
Make simple comparison between different data to see main discrepancies and find out potential problems and mistakes Engage in SFE research topic setting and methodology design, e.g. new sales tracking, best territory assignment
