4、 Reporting on legal issues;

1、Pay attention to details, careful, experienced excel data and EXCEL handling, prefer previous intern experience；

职位要求：

1、必要的英语读写能力，至少英语六级。熟练应用办公软件，细心认真有责任感。

2、工作环境很宽容，老板很nice，关键是整个加盟商的开发流程可以包含的东西是JD描述不完的，在这个过程中，你的沟通对象从你的搭档、直系经理、开发专员，到加盟商、供应商，再到公司财务，采购，会计，运营等；对于销售开发也会有更深的理解；没有copy work，非重大决策工作都有自己来做主。

1、To collect weekly sales report from each SR and complete the summary;
2、To complete distributer sell-out report and fulfill monthly forecast accordingly;
3、To update retailers/shops information;
4、To handle and check reimbursement for all Sales Managers and Sales Representatives;
5、To coordinate monthly area sales meeting and quarterly national sales meeting;
6、To coordinate the interface between sales team and other departments in Headquarter;
7、To assist Sales Director with all function related work.

2、Good English skill (oral/written), be able to do translation work;
3、Good computer skills, especially EXCEL;
