Responsibilities: 

1. Collaborate with localization team to understand resource needs, devise and refine resource strategies.

2. Identify, evaluate, and select outsourced translation resources, maintaining a resource database.

3. Assess the performance of localization resources, and provide feedback for continuous collaboration.

4. Analyze performance indicators of resources, such as delivery time and translation quality, to inform decisions and improvements.

5. Keep updated on translation industry trends and technology, proposing innovative solutions for efficient resource management.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both Chinese and English. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a localization-related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a solid understanding of the localization industry.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with teams and vendors.
