A: I'm sorry, I have previous commitment on that day and I simply can't rearrange my schedule.
A: 对不起，我那天已经有安排了而且我无法对此作出任何更改。
B: It's too bad that you can't come by. We were hoping to have a get together after your visit.
B: 你来不了真是太遗憾了。我们都盼着你来之后一起聚一聚呢。
A: Oh, that's so nice of you. Can I take a rain check? I'll definitely want to pay a visit to your company when I can fit it in my schedule.
A: 哦，你们太好了。咱们以后做可以吗？我一旦能安排开时间一定去你们公司拜访。
B: That's all right. We were hoping you could stop by, but if you are unable to, feel free to send another associate on your behalf.
B: 好吧。我们都盼着你能来，但是你来不了的话，派个代表来，不要有所顾虑。
A: Thank you. I'll want to go myself. I look forward to visiting your company.
A: 谢谢。我还是希望能自己过去。我期待去拜访你们公司。
B invited A to their new company but A is busy and can't make it. So they agreed that his visit will just be rescheduled to his next free schedule.
B邀请A去参观他们的新公司，可是A太忙，去不了。于是他们决定A会在下次有时间的时候来B公司。

1、Take a rain check (on something)
