Customer Experience Manager
Responsibilities:

Be fully responsible for store’s daily operation and management works

Clients Management: get to know clients' needs and share the valuable information from clients with product manager; be responsible for dealing with various kinds of complaints, goods return or refunding

Products Management: reasonable arrangement of goods in the shop, and timely reserve of absent goods. In charge of display sequence and district administration, management in merchandise reprocess, commodity security, merchandise display at warehouse, and merchandise transfer etc

Image control: keep shop tidy and ordered, electronic equipment in good condition and office supplie are fully prepared

Inventory control: be responsible for stock control, and keep accurate inventory records

Assist financial department in finishing cash gathering, be proficient in using collection tools, such as POS/ Alipay / Wechat pay / Apple pay. etc and keep entry slips
Requirements:

Great interesting of photography and willing to devoted yourself

Junior college degree above, or major in related fields; at least 2-year experience in equivalent position of electronic products

Good English skill in both writing and spoken

Good communication, coordination and team management ability

Good at dealing with various client relationships and response to the emergencies
