“去看海？你先弄明白自己是谁，再考虑这个吧！”
To Carmela's father, this is the silliest idea Carmela has ever had.
卡梅拉的爸爸觉得，再也没有比这个更愚蠢的想法了。
"Look at me! Have I ever traveled once in my life?
“你看看我，出去旅游过一次吗？
Carmela, the sea is not a place for chicks to play.
Come back to the chicken coop with me!"
你要知道，卡梅拉，大海可不是小鸡玩游戏的地方，跟我回鸡窝去！”
That night, Carmela cannot go to sleep. Her eyes are wide open. She is dreaming about seeing the sea.
这天晚上，卡梅拉瞪着眼，怎么也睡不着，她还在想看海的事...
"Yes, I must see the sea. I must go now," Carmela decides.
“不，我就要去看海！马上就去！”卡梅拉下定了决心。
She jumps off the bed and pushes the door open quietly. She looked back at her parents and then her brothers and sisters for the last time.
卡梅拉轻轻跳下床，推开门，回头看了爸爸妈妈、兄弟姐妹们最后一眼，
She leaves the coop and heads toward the sea. It is a place she has been dreaming of all along.
就离开了家，朝着梦想中的大海走去。
Carmela marches on with great courage in the dark of the night...
卡梅拉在黑夜里勇敢地前进...
She walks further and further until she can barely feel her poor little feet.
走啊，走啊！她走了很远很远，她那双可怜的小脚，已经快没有知觉了。
In the morning, Carmela finds herself on top of a sand dune. She can hardly believe her eyes at the scene below her!
早上，当卡梅拉站在沙丘顶上时，眼前的一切，让她吃惊得简直不敢相信这是真的...
