所有计量经济圈方法论丛的code程序, 宏微观数据库和各种软件都放在社群里.欢迎到计量经济圈社群交流访问.2024 年 12 月 23 日,国家自然科学基金委员会主办的综合性英文学术期刊 Fundamental Research(FR)第二届编委会第一次会议在北京召开。Fundamental research当前还不属于SCI,而是ESCI,开放获取OA类型的新期刊。
基金委主任窦贤康在讲话中强调了将 FR 打造为国际一流学术期刊的重要性。他还表示,下一步自然科学基金委要制定引导政策,优秀青年科学基金、创新研究群体等项目结题,国家杰出青年科学基金、卓越研究群体等项目申请延续资助的,要求在FR等国内期刊上发表文章;鼓励优秀本科生、博士生项目把最好的研究成果发表在FR上。窦贤康指出,中国基础研究所取得的巨大进步,得到世界的公认。但与中国在基础研究的巨大投入和不断增长的研究实力相比,仍存在两个严重“不对称”——中国的国际学术吸引力不足;拥有的国际一流期刊太少。我们必须给予高度重视,以久久为功的不懈努力尽快改变这一态势。世界一流期刊,是国际学术交流的平台,为科研评价提供有益的参考;是传播科学知识的媒介载体,出版的学术论文对推动科技发展和人类文明进步具有重要贡献。

龚旗煌主编在讲话中指出,FR的创立是响应我国不断增强的基础研究实力对国内高水平学术期刊的需求。经过第一届编委会的努力,FR在科技界和期刊出版界得到了较高的关注和认可。第二届编委会要积极发挥领导作用,承担起推动FR期刊发展的使命。同时,希望自然科学基金委出台相关政策,共同来推动期刊高质量发展。
