CEO Responsibilities Are
Organize and engage subordinates, leading them and helping to develop a high performing managerial team
Build high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Manage all operations and business activities and make sure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
Control the compliance with legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
Explore financial and non-financial reports and develop solutions or improvements based on the analysis results
Maintain trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
Investigate problematic situations and occurrences and develop solutions to ensure company survival and growth
Stay informed about the current situation in the markets and industry of the company
CEO Requirements Are
3+ years' experience of working on a CEO or other relevant position in the simliar Industry Preferred
Profound experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision

技术工程师(EHS产品服务)
岗位职责:
1、负责公司新老产品知识的学习与研究,成为公司产品技术专才;
2、技术资料管理:不断收集公司产品电子版、书面、光盘技等术资料,并进行分类汇总存档更新。
3、内部技术解答:处理公司内部同事技术的咨询与解答,并帮助同事针对常咨询问题进行提高培训。
4、客户技术服务:协助销售人员进行客户的拜访,现场解决客户的技术问题;
5、产品方案设计:制定适合客户的行业产品配置方案。
6、项目支持:根据项目需求提供合适的产品配置及技术支持.
7、根据公司或客户需求,寻找优势的新产品;
8、内部培训:负责公司内部员工的产品知识与产品技能培训;
9、外部培训:根据客户需求或销售策略对客户进行技术知识、产品操作等培训。
10、根据客户需求或公司销售策略免费对客户进行技术知识、产品使用操作、方案推荐等培训。
11、售前、售中、售后技术支持.
12、完成领导交办的技术部工作。
任职要求:
1、1年以上产品技术支持相关经验,性格开朗、外向,沟通谈判能力强;
2、有较强的培训、讲解能力;
