I've made 4 calls to Verizon Wireless since yesterday and every single one has been answered by somebody in India and in each case the persons accent has been so heavy, I was like “can I talk to someone who speaks English?” After 5 or 6 of these, I finally get transferred to the American call center.
It can definitely be frustrating when you’re trying to resolve a small issue and the conversation takes much longer than expected, especially when there are communication barriers like strong accents, that sucks.
