具体岗位职责描述如下！
Interpreter and Social Media Specialist
Key responsibilities:
Internal
corporate meetings, trainings, and events at which expat employees are
present, including Staff meetings, President’s Council, BOD meetings,
corporate banking bi-weekly meetings, risk management EWRM meetings, and
the like.
All external meetings with government agencies and clients that the JV’s three expats have;
Ad hoc SVB/SSVB-hosted events, delegations, and conferences where the JV’s three expats are present;
Interpreting foroccasional SVB expat visits;
After-work-hours’ dinners, banquets with shareholders and government friends;
Internal meetings when other Chinese colleagues request language assistance
Other ad hoc meetings where interpretation services are needed.
Urgent and immediate ad hoc translations of internal, short banking documents;
Urgent government or regulator-related documents(work that can be done within a one-day timeframe);
Account management of Weibo, WeChat, and Zhihu SSVB corporateaccount (e.g. daily monitoring, posting and data collection)
Posting schedule planning & update
Content sourcing and screening (for both Weibo,WeChat, Zhihu)
Proofreading, translating and editing of SVB English content (withassistance of intern)
SSVB corporate news write up/ editing
Plan of holiday greetings
Ad hoc event live cast, pre & post event posting
Quarterly social media report
Research on other social media, e.g. LinkedIn
Work with external agency on regular pushing (four times a month)
Work with external agency on creative campaign
Account maintenance and monitoring
Weibo (will mostly run byin-house team this year )
Daily monitoring
Regular retweet and reposting of selective WeChat content
Work with external agency on creating suitable questions
Work with external agency on providing the right content for inquires
Work on assigned tasks
Job Requirements:
Major
in English Literature orother related principles. TEM-8 Certificate or
Advanced Interpreter Certificateis preferred. Financial institution
experience is a plus. Foreign PR agencybackground is also preferred
Behaving discreetly in thepresence of senior dignitaries, government officials and corporate executives,especially when on duty.
Maintaining confidentiality ofall forms of exchanged communications, past and present.
Pleasant and influentialcommunication skills.
Passion in interpretation andsocial media as career development in marketing field.
Good team player with can-doattitude
Detailed-oriented and can meetup deadline for projects
