L'Oréal Brandstorm is L'Oréal's Group's signature innovation competition for young people. Brandstorm, launched 32 years ago, is one of L'Oréal's longest-running programs and is dedicated to helping youth kickstart their careers.
Every year we invite young people to work on a new mission inspired by current business challenges.

• 22,000+ played
• 1,700+ projects were submitted
• And winning team represented Mainland of China during the L'Oréal Brandstorm International Final in Paris

It’s time to rewrite the rules of Beauty & Care.
Men need to be as invested in looking and feeling their best and deserve products and routine that speak directly to them.
This is your chance to create a future where men’s grooming takes center stage.

As Diversity Equity & Inclusion are core values for L'ORÉAL and the Competition, L'ORÉAL highly encourages gender diversity to reach equity in the teams, but we welcome all teams.
It is not possible to modify the composition of the Team after the submission of the project.
To participate, each Team of three (3) must submit:

presenting the Team by answering 5 predefined questions related to the 5 dimensions of potential.

– What were the hurdles during the project and how did the team overcome them?

– How do you support each other as a team?

The Team can assign questions amongst themselves, ensuring everyone gets a chance to speak in the video.
2. Each Team of three (3) must also submit

explaining their idea (PDF or PPT).

Fudan University is among the Partner Schools of BRANDSTORM China this year. At least

from Fudan University will be shortlisted in the
China National Final

Two Chances to be shorlisted
If you fail to pass the Campus Selection, you can revise and resubmit your project to participate in the regular track selection.
Mentorship
All shortlisted teams from Campus Selection will be invited to a Mentorship Session before Fudan Final.
