该学员一直学习的是Computer Science,但是不甘于只当一个码农,因此转学,之后开始学习Financial Engineering接触Finance,本来想走quant/Trading的路线。然而做了几个实习包括IBD和PE之后觉得从职业技能发展的角度来说,如果只是单纯的做Quant出路很窄,他希望能够做有很多fundamental的exposure的work,因此PT 72作为一个top fundamental buyside shop是最适合的。其他的例如Quant trading,理工出身沉稳的他也觉得如果是完全不了解一个公司的运营模式就去投资一个公司是不踏实的。

1. They have great benefits. They cover 100% of your monthly premiums and you're only responsible for a co-pay if your provider is in-network. They have a great 401K plan and unlimited sick days. The pantry is pretty good if you like healthy snacks. Upper management does a good job with their open door policy, at least mine does. I feel like I'm part of one big family rather than just another employee.
