Your Responsibilities:
Defines and implements policies and procedures related to a professional operation of the various Resources and Support activities.
Communicates with user management about service levels, equipment or software problems.
Leads the team in North China for the roll out of Global Integrated System.
Liaises with Head Office and IT on upcoming Global IT project, in order to prepare their operational deployment.
Liaises with Head Office Team on the support of live systems, in order to provide useful feedback and to recommend enhancements to improve the manageability and service level of these systems.
Monitors and manages actual ordering and delivery process.
Communicates company developments, policies & procedures. Coaches and provides training opportunities for staff development
Ensures proper staffing in line with approved budget levels including hire/fire, pay and promotion following company policies & procedures.
Organizes or performs capacity planning and performance prediction sessions.
Develops, obtains approval and maintains detailed operating budget.
Sets up proper metrics to measure various aspects of the IT infrastructure and related activities; ensures these metrics are collected and maintained on a regular basis.
Recommends technological directions, in terms of operating systems, hardware, network protocols and related issues.
Communicates with user management about service levels, equipment or software problems.
Qualifications:
Master degree from an accredited college or university
A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the specific or related field with at least five (5) years’ experience at the management level
Strong System roll out background
Preferred worked in logistics / Shipping industry
