Integrated Marketing Assistant
Reports to: Integrated Marketing Executive – Marketing & Innovation, China
Division: E-Commerce & Digital Innovation
Location: Shanghai, China
MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
The primary purpose of this position is for supporting the Integrated Marketing team on all projects to deliver outstanding execution results.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Seasonal advertising placement work by collaborating with local design agency, production house and landlords
· Marketing GWP sourcing by collaborating with global Retail Marketing, local Merchandising and local gift production vendor
· Point-of-sale Marketing materials development and production by collaborating with local design agency and production house (e.g., POS signage, leaflet, etc.)
· Marketing assets inventory management and tracking by collaborating with local logistics team and warehouse
· Content generation and push for monthly product newness, key holiday promotion and store events via all business channels
· Store promotion/event calendar maintenance for China stores
· Weekly/monthly report and analysis for store promotion and event in terms of traffic lift, sales impact, customer segments and ROIs
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's Degree required; major in business/marketing/liberal arts is preferred
· Share the value of excellence pursuing and results driven
· Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently
· Good communication and inter-person skills (open, passionate, delivers clearly expression on business subjects)
· Ability in time management and multi-tasking
· Excellent in both Chinese and English
· Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
· Ability to develop and build cooperative working relationship; ability to collaborate with all business levels in the organization
· Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
