Located on the sloped boulevard streets of the seafront suburbs of Pomaris, this house interprets quiet and confident in its simple form, sophisticated substantiveness and thoughtful detailing concepts. Its simple, restrained stucco facade replaces the rich material colors and the dramatic spatial experience inside, with a sharp contrast between external restraint and internal vitality.

This interplay between solidity and texture defines the home’s exterior. Robust stucco walls are complemented by delicate black metal accents – pergolas, window frames and louvres – that provide both visual refinement and practical solar protection.

Inside, the material palette is grounded in polished concrete floors with marble accents, introducing a layer of subtle luxury. The result is a timeless composition that is both enduring and elegant, reinforcing InForm’s commitment to architecturally considered homes of lasting quality.

The home’s layout has two distinct wings, enhancing both functionality and privacy. The larger, double-storey western wing extends the length of the block, accommodating the main bedroom suite, gym and primary living areas, which flow into a generous outdoor entertaining space and pool. Upstairs, three children’s bedrooms and a rumpus room enjoy a north-facing outlook over the street. The smaller, single-storey eastern wing houses the garage, a study and a secluded lounge room oriented towards a private courtyard.
