Warburg Pincus Recruiting: Intern – Financial Services Team

Job Description

This is a six to twelve month internship structured to develop your industry research, team working and communication skills in Warburg Pincus China. You will work closely with our investment professionals to gain first·hand experience of the whole investment process. This role will be based in Shanghai.

Major Responsibilities

· Conduct industry research and due diligence on potential investment projects.

· Perform early leads screening expert call and data analysis.

· Assist in composing investment memorandums, other deal deliverables and follow·up support.

Key Requirements

·Candidates with return offer or who are in third year of college or first year of grad school are highly preferred.

· Fluent in written and oral English and Chinese.

·Passionate about investment, strong interest in financial services sector and commitment to gaining exposure.

· Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities.

· Independent thinking, solid research skills and can effectively cooperate with others.

· Proactive, detailed oriented and strong resistance to pressure.
