slow food 指什么？

快餐是 fast food ， 那么顾名思义， slow food 就是“慢餐，慢食” ，指的是传统食品的生产、烹饪和食用（traditional food and ways of producing, cooking and eating it）。

忙碌的生活节奏催生了速食文化，也让快餐席卷全球，人们逐渐失去了对传统美食的热忱。

于是在1986年，意大利美食专栏作家Carlo Petrini呼吁：“ 即使在最繁忙的时候，也不要忘记家乡的美食 ”，并随之发起了慢食运动Slow Food Movement。

他们提倡用慢食代替快餐，努力保护传统和地域性的饮食，提倡播种耕作养殖。
