Please describe a behaviour in public places that you think is impolite.
In my opinion, the most impolite behaviour is using cell phone loudly inpublic.
The first situation was in a café, hoping to catch up on my reading and assignment I need for work the next day. There is exactly one open seat left, so I grab it, only to realize that the person sitting next to me is having a loud, animated conversation on her cell phone. Thinking she must be ending the call soon, I find to my dismay that my seatmate has no such intention. Hard as I try, it's impossible to tune her out. I even learn that her best friend's husband is cheating on his wife.
Another situation is even worse. I met a man who talked on his cell phone in a movie theatre. He talked loudly, yelling at the screen that almost everyone could not enjoy the movie in the theatre with peace and comfort.

Which one do you think is better: evaluating students’ performance through exams or through other activities.
I think exams are better.
First, exams provide a balanced, fair evaluation with each student because they use a variety of strategies and tasks. This gives students multiple opportunities, in varying contexts, to demonstrate what they know and can do. It also enables teachers to be confident in the accuracy of their judgements about each student.
Second, on a more positive note, there is evidence that both studying for and sitting exams deepens learning. Studying is like exercising. When one exercises, the muscles in use grow stronger. Likewise, the process of searching through ones memory and retrieving the relevant information strengthens that memory pathway for future uses.
