由创始人 Ronit Lee 设计牛皮纸工作室，Prospect Park West 唤起了人们对纽约经典阁楼的回忆，但却以女性化和低调的设计为基础，为人们提供了一个远离喧嚣城市的平静空间。

Designed by founder Ronit Lee, Prospect Park West evokes memories of classic attic spaces in New York, but is based on feminine and understated design, providing a peaceful space away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Prospect Park West 位于一座20世纪20年代的古典复兴风格建筑内，位于俯瞰历史悠久的布鲁克林公园的一角。因此，项目要求设计与周围地区的景观和色调相呼应。该项目的核心还在于打造一个酒店套房风格的避风港，并通过定制存储和艺术解决方案最大限度地利用空间。

Prospect Park West is located in a classical revival style building from the 1920s, overlooking a corner of historic Brooklyn Park. Therefore, the project requires the design to be in harmony with the landscape and color tones of the surrounding area. The core of this project lies in creating a hotel suite style haven and maximizing space utilization through customized storage and artistic solutions.

材料平衡了极简主义与野蛮主义的细节，以柔软的纹理、定制的木制品和金属制品为主。柔和的红色、焦橙色和腮红色的微妙低调配色与之相得益彰，灵感来自马路对面公园树木的秋日色调。

The material balances the details of minimalism and barbarism, with soft textures, customized wooden and metal products as the main focus. Soft red, burnt orange and red cheeks complement each other in subtle and low-key colors, inspired by the autumn colors of the trees in the park across the road.

Vellum Studio 重点关注空间变化，同时精心保留了两居室公寓的现有建筑细节。增加了定制衣柜和室内照明，在主卧室中创建了一个更衣区，并将洗衣房和公用设施空间分开。

Vellum Studio focuses on spatial changes while carefully preserving the existing architectural details of the two bedroom apartment. Added customized wardrobes and indoor lighting, created a changing area in the master bedroom, and separated the laundry room from the common facility space.

同样，卧室被重新配置为家庭办公室，配有定制设计的墙壁储物和搁架，以优化空间并为房间提供美丽的背景。

Similarly, the bedroom has been reconfigured as a home office with custom designed wall storage and shelves to optimize the space and provide a beautiful background for the room.

Prospect Park West 给人一种通风、放松和现代的感觉。色调、家具和材质的完美和谐营造出一种切实的温暖感，与公寓的周围环境和居住者的需求相呼应。

Prospect Park West gives a feeling of ventilation, relaxation, and modernity. The perfect harmony of color tones, furniture, and materials creates a tangible sense of warmth that corresponds to the surrounding environment of the apartment and the needs of its occupants.
