Job Description
Your main focus will be developing teasers and pitch book presentations，which will be used in the real world.As a part of your exprience,you will become fluent in modeling and valuation(including comparable analysis,merger preceedents and DCF).You will alsodevelop merger and acquisition models and as appropriate leveraged buyout and IPO analysis.All materials necessary will be provided to you.You will work in groups with communication by phone,email and Wechat.
