（365冥想Week38Day6的练习，把每天的第一段时间留给自己）
推荐语：昨天写《道德经》的时候，想起了以前自己很喜欢的一首诗，英国作家，诺贝尔文学奖获得者Ruyard Kipling 的《如果》。发现这首诗里面的很多思想，其实和《道德经》非常类似，所以我把它重新翻译了一遍，用了更偏中国文化的一些词语，希望会对你有所启发：）
《If》 By Ruyard Kipling
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or, being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;
If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
