职位名称：Customs Specialist/Sr. Customs Specialist

工作职责：
1、Oversee internal processes for issues related to goods inbound and outbound to ensure customs compliant and timely customs clearance.
2、 Audit daily transactions to ensure compliance with company and government requirements.
3、 Independently analyze and resolve the discrepancies. Identify the cost saving opportunity through Customs or indirect tax program/ supply chain restructuring, where appropriate.
4、 Support in rationalizing of Customs Brokers and carry out performance reviews on 3rd party service providers.
5、 Coordinate with customer service and internal planning groups to support business needs.
6、 Proactive support to minimize risk that could disrupt supply chain activity.
7、 Work with JVs and suppliers to support Customs operations.
任职资格及要求：
1、Bachelor degree in International trade, Business Administration, Finance, Supply chain management, Operations or other equivalent degrees. Master degree will be a plus.
2、 3-5 years relevant experience in one of the following areas: trade compliance, customs, indirect tax, supply chain management, operations.
3、 Work experience in Big 4 or multinational company will be a plus. Overseas work experience will be a plus.
4、 Multitasking skills and the ability to work under time-constraints and pressure.
5、 Responsible, self-motivated and work with passion.
6、 Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7、 Proficient Mandarin and English skills - both oral and written.
8、 Speaking other Asian languages will be a plus.
9、 Strong research and analysis skill.
10、 Skilled using PPT, Visio, Excel and other tools will be a plus.
