Overview of the School

· 一、学校概况 ·

广州南方学院的前身是中山大学南方学院，位于广州市从化区温泉镇，乘高铁从广州至深圳最快半小时,至香港最快一小时。2023年4月，艾瑞深校友会发布2023校友会中国大学排名，我校在中国综合类民办大学排名第二，广东省民办大学排名第一。

The predecessor of Nanfang College Guangzhou was Nanfang College of Sun Yat-sen University. It is located in Wenquan Town, Conghua District, Guangzhou. It takes the fastest half an hour from Guangzhou to Shenzhen and the fastest one hour from Guangzhou to Hong Kong by high-speed rail. In April 2023, the cuaa.net released the 2023 Alumni Association Ranking of Chinese Universities on which our college ranked second among comprehensive private universities in China and first among private universities in Guangdong Province.

学校是广东省硕士学位授予立项建设单位、国家社会科学基金项目和国家自然科学基金项目依托单位、广东省博士工作站设站单位。学校设有11个院系45个本科招生专业，涵盖工科、医科、商科、人文社科等学科，现有学生近2万余人。

The school is a project construction unit for awarding master’s degrees in Guangdong Province, a relying unit for national social science fund projects and national natural science fund projects, and a stationing unit for doctoral workstations in Guangdong Province. The school has 11 departments and 45 undergraduate enrollment majors, covering engineering, medicine, business, humanities and social sciences, etc. Currently, the school have about 20,000 students.

学校现有教职工1300余人，其中中国科学院院士、欧洲科学院院士1名、国家特支计划教学名师1名、国家首届高等学校教学名师奖获得者1名、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者2名、广东省特支计划教学名师2名，有一大批来自海内外名校的博士。汤涛院士全职担任校长。

The school currently has over 1,300 faculty members, including one academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and one academician of the European Academy of Sciences, one national outstanding teacher of the Special Support Program, one winner of the first National University Teaching Master Award, two candidates selected for the New Century Excellent Talent Support Program of the Ministry of Education, two outstanding teachers of the Special Support Program in Guangdong Province, and a large number of doctors from prestigious universities at home and abroad. Tang Tao who is an academician, serves as the full-time president.

Recruitment Conditions

· 二、招聘条件 ·

1.全职在校工作。

Work full-time at the school.

2.具备硕士研究生及以上学历，具有博士学位者、具有高级以上职称者或具有工作经验者优先。

Have a master’s degree or above. The candidates with a doctoral degree, senior professional title or working experience are preferred.

3.具有履行岗位职责的身体条件和心理素质，年龄一般不超过55周岁，特别优秀者可适当放宽至57周岁。

Have the physical and psychological conditions to perform job duties. Generally, the age should not exceed 55 years old. For the exceptionally outstanding individuals, the age limit could be to 57 years old.

4.遵纪守法，品行良好，无违纪、违法记录。

Abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, and have no records of violations or lawbreaking.

5.热爱教育事业，具有严谨的治学精神和良好的职业道德。

Love the education cause, have a rigorous academic spirit and good professional ethics.

（一）资格审查：根据应聘者的学历、业务能力及综合素质，结合招聘基本条件和岗位要求确定面试人员，通知面试。

Qualification Review: Based on the education, professional ability and comprehensive quality of the applicants, combined with the basic recruitment conditions and job requirements, determine the interview candidates and notify them for interviews.

（二）面试方式：试讲与面试相结合。

Interview Method: A combination of trial teaching and interview.

（三）确定拟录用人员。

Determine the candidates to be recruited.

（四）聘用：由学校人事干部处负责办理聘用手续。

Employment: The human resources department of the school is responsible for assisting in going through the employment procedures.

Salary and Benefits

（一）根据应聘人员的经历及业绩提供富有竞争力的薪资；

报名从本公告发布之日起至2025年6月30日，先报名者优先安排面试，招满即止。采取邮件报名方式，应聘者需提供以下材料：

Applications are accepted from the date of this announcement until June 30, 2025. Those who apply earlier will be given priority for interviews until the positions are filled. Applications are accepted by email. Applicants need to provide the following materials:

1.身份证的扫描件；

Scanned copy of ID card;

2.已获得各级学历、学位证书的扫描件；

Scanned copies of all obtained educational and degree certificates;

3.职称证书扫描件（如有）；

Scanned copy of professional title certificate (if any);

4.教师资格证书的扫描件（如有）；

Scanned copy of teacher qualification certificate (if any);
