美国本土近百年一遇的日食结束了，可谓盛况空前，美国各大媒体都在头版头条刊登了美国日食的消息。
让人感到有意思的是美国媒体为了蹭这个新闻热点，竟然有电视台用了这样的标题：权威专家解读，美国日食将影响野生动物休息……两分钟的时间里野生动物睡了一会觉。
美国总统特朗普在白宫也携全家人观看了这个难得一见的天文奇观，其中“调皮”的床总中途还摘掉日食眼镜对着人群扮鬼脸，

即使裸眼观看日全食也没有使美国总统的眼睛变瞎，可是小题大做，又时常矫情的美国媒体在较早前一段时间对中国卖家在亚马逊平台上出售的日食观测眼睛指责带来的余孽还没有完全消除。亚马逊迫于压力提前下架了一批日食眼镜卖家，并且冻结了卖家的资金，要确保卖家售出的产品没有对客户造成伤害，一些卖家真的是要哭瞎在厕所了，因为这些认证的获得并不容易，即使弄到也不能保证不被下架：
日食眼镜的卖家需要提交这些认证，不提交，永久资金被冻结，吃土去吧

2. YourSeller ID;
3. Yourcontact information (email address, phone number);
4. A list ofsolar viewing ASINs (new and existing) that you have sold since August 1, 2016,or are applying to sell;
5. One of thefollowing: a) documents showing that you are the manufacturer of each of theASINs you are applying to sell; or b) copies of invoices (or receipts) showingeach of the ASINs from your supplier, issued within the last 365 days, showingthe quantities purchased; and
6. For eachASIN, test results showing compliance with ISO 12312-2: 2015 (“Eye and faceprotection – Sunglasses and related eyewear – Part 2: Filters for directobservation of the sun”) from an accredited testing laboratory including a CPSCor OSHA-recognized Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL), an ISO/IEC17025-certified testing laboratory (A2LA or ILAC MRA certified laboratory), oranother compliance solution recognized by Amazon for testing products sold inthe United States and/or Canada.
