阿根廷艺术家雷安德罗•埃利希是位制造幻觉的能手。他曾代表阿根廷参加第49届威尼斯双年展。他的装置作品往往是以当下的现实为出发点。他选取人们日常所见的内容，并向自己发问：什么是可以变得不一样的？

The Argentine artist Leonardo Erlich, a master of illusion, represented Argentina at the 49th Venice Biennale. As an artist who creates installations, he always starts from the existing reality. He picks up on what we see and asks himself, what could be different?

埃利希的装置作品充满幽默感且具有颠覆性地利用镜子、双层地面和视错觉，营造神秘莫测的幻觉。他的作品通过非凡的建筑空间感，改变人们对于现实的感知。他创造的并非空间，而是观众可以互动的情境，在其中，观众常常遇到个人经验之外的陌生体验。

His installations play humorously and subversively with mirrors, double floors and trompe l'oeil effects to create enigmatic illusions. His works change our perception of reality by creating unusual architectural spaces. He creates no space, but an interactive situation with the public that is often confronted with the strange experience of his own present.

海因茨-诺伯特•乔克斯，生于杜赛尔多夫，作家，策展人。他受埃利希邀请，为其北京展的画册撰写梳理艺术家各时期作品的回顾性文章。此外，他还于去年策划了刘小东在德国的首个回顾性展览“迟归”。

Heinz-Norbert Jocks, born in Düsseldorf, is author and curator. Last year he curated the world's first retrospective "Slow Homecoming" by Liu Xiaodong in his hometown in Germany.
