征文须知:
1.参赛对象:全国法学教学科研人员,法院、律师界、仲裁界、企业界等法律实务工作者,高校在读学生及其他法律工作者。
2.字数要求:正文不少于8000字,但一般不超过15000字。
3.注释体例:注释规范参照《仲裁与法律》。首页脚注写明作者姓名、单位、职务职称、手机号码、通讯地址、邮编、Email地址。
4.征文方式:征文请发至专用邮箱[email protected],电子文档名称为“作者姓名+论文题目”。
5.征文限于尚未以任何形式包括网络公开发表的学术论文、案例分析和调研报告。凡不符合选题范围、字数要求的论文,已公开发表或者已获奖的论文,不接受参评。
6.征文应做到言之有物,材料翔实,论证充分,逻辑严谨,结构清晰,语言流畅,强调理论联系实际,具有较高的学术价值和应用价值。
7.作者应保证征文为原创作品,中英文均可,作者对征文的著作权及名誉权等相关法律责任负责。
8.每位作者限投稿一篇作品,请保留好稿件原件。
9.截止日期:2017年8月31日。
论文选题:
参赛者可以自定论文选题。
选题内容包括但不限于构建“一带一路”仲裁中心,我国仲裁发展的成就与经验总结,我国建设国际仲裁中心的路径选择,我国《仲裁法》的修改,如何提升商事仲裁透明度,如何提高仲裁公信力,国际商事仲裁费用问题,自贸区临时仲裁问题,第三方资助仲裁问题,仲裁裁决执行与司法审查问题,中国参与国际投资仲裁问题等。
鼓励选题具备新颖性、实践性和现实指导意义。
评审与奖励:
坚持“公开、公正、公平”原则,实行专家匿名评审。经过初评、复评、终评和学术不端检测,确定一、二、三等奖和优秀奖论文,颁发荣誉证书和奖金。评选公告和评审结果将在主办方官方网站、中国仲裁周官方公众号上发布。
颁奖与推荐:
在2017年9月第五届中国仲裁周期间,主办方将举行本次征文颁奖活动,并举办“中国青年仲裁论坛”,邀请部分获奖作者和国际商事仲裁界的知名学者、专家共同进行主题研讨。
主办方将选取优秀的获奖作品,推荐至《仲裁与法律》等专业刊物发表。

Introduction: The conference brings together the 9th Annual Conference for the Asian Criminological Society, and the 4th biennial International Conference for Crime, Justice and Social Democracy. 1ILI training: Advanced Arbitration and Mediation
Introduction:
This course examines the practical applications of arbitration and mediation and discusses advanced legal issues in international commercial arbitration. The second week of the course takes critical focus on developing practical skills and knowledge through a simulated arbitration process. The course is intended for judges, lawyers, non-lawyer professionals who want to understand arbitration and mediation, as well as government officials, judicial officers, officials of judicial and legal training units, and court administrators.
Courses:
I. Negotiation and Mediation
1.Process, Skills and Techniques
2.Mediation Emphasis: mediator role and styles; determining the mediation process, opening statements by the mediator and parties
3.Finding resolution in mediation: uncovering interests, breaking deadlock, closure, and follow-up
4.The Role of Advocate and Litigant: preparing for mediation; devising a settlement strategy; advocating for your client; guiding and advising your client during media
5.Additional comprehensive mediation exercise
II. International Arbitration (Advanced)
1.The Arbitration Agreement: characteristics, validity, scope, applicable law, transfer, termination
2.The Arbitrators: appointment, qualification, arbitrator ethics and challenges
3.The Arbitration Proceedings: choosing arbitration rules, seat of the arbitration, commencing and managing proceedings, terms of reference, evidence, interim relief, hearings and awards
4. Law Governing the Merits of the Dispute: choice of law, international public policy and mandatory rules of law
5.Court Assistance: interim measures, appointment of arbitrators, assistance in taking evidence, judicial review
6.Enforcement of Arbitral Awards
